Aroma
Flavour
“Creamy citrus and floral sweetness over a diesel-and-spice funk, refined rather than loud.”
The nose is complex: creamy citrus and floral sweetness over a diesel-and-spice funk, refined rather than loud. The effect is balanced and bright — a euphoric, creative, uplifting head with a relaxed body, social and versatile.
It's a notoriously finicky plant to grow, part of its connoisseur cachet and why genuine MAC 1 is prized. For a smooth, frosty, balanced hybrid, it's one of the modern greats.

MAC is typically described with aromas of citrus, sweet, earthy and floral and flavours of citrus, sweet, earthy and creamy. Aroma and flavour vary with grower, batch and freshness.
MAC is commonly associated with effects such as euphoric, happy, uplifted and relaxed. Effects are subjective and vary with the dose, the way cannabis is taken and the individual — this is sensory guidance, not a guarantee.
MAC is classified as hybrid in the SŌMA catalog. These labels are a loose shorthand rather than a precise prediction of effect; studies find they do not reliably track a plant's genetics or chemistry.
By sensory profile, the closest strains in the SŌMA catalog include Ameretto Di Limon, Super Lemon Cherry and Blue Sherbert. SŌMA matches on aroma, flavour and effect rather than name alone.
