Alien Labs put Seed Junky's Triangle Mints on Lumpy's Apple Fritter, and the breeder's own description is the one reviewers keep landing on: sour apple candy first, then a thread of fuel and a soft vanilla cream behind it.
Did you try it?
“Sour apple candy first, then a thread of fuel.”
Under the fruit sits a plain earthiness and a dry spice, and some jars add a cool, menthol-like edge on the exhale that the Triangle Mints side brings. On the palate the apple stays in front, tangy rather than sugary, with a pastry-sweet finish.
The effect comes on quickly in the head, bright and talkative, and within a quarter of an hour the body loosens without flattening. Two cautions.
The New York jars test far apart, so one eighth can be a good deal stronger than the next; and at least one reviewer woke up sluggish the following day, while another found the fruit quieter than the name promises.

Sensory data is a curated, hand-mapped seed; detail completeness is medium. Identity confidence is high. The diagram is this strain's own sensory radar, not a photo. Batch quality still depends on grower, freshness and storage — none of which is captured here.
Atomic Apple is typically described with aromas of fruity, sweet, gassy and earthy and flavours of fruity, sweet, vanilla and mint. Aroma and flavour vary with grower, batch and freshness.
Atomic Apple is commonly associated with effects such as uplifted, euphoric, happy and creative. Effects are subjective and depend on dose, setting and the individual — this is sensory guidance, not a guarantee.
Atomic Apple is classified as hybrid in the SŌMA catalog. These labels are a loose shorthand rather than a precise prediction of effect; the plant's full chemistry and how it was grown matter more.
By sensory profile, the closest strains in the SŌMA catalog include Zack's Cake, Apple Mintz and Cherry Cake. SŌMA matches on aroma, flavour and effect rather than name alone.
