Animal Scout is typically described with aromas of earthy, citrus, berry and woody and flavours of earthy, citrus, berry and nutty. Aroma and flavour vary with grower, batch and freshness.
Animal Scout is commonly associated with effects such as relaxed, euphoric, happy and calm head. Effects are subjective and vary with the dose, the way cannabis is taken and the individual — this is sensory guidance, not a guarantee.
Animal Scout is classified as indica in the SŌMA catalog. These labels are a loose shorthand rather than a precise prediction of effect; studies find they do not reliably track a plant's genetics or chemistry.
By sensory profile, the closest strains in the SŌMA catalog include Zen Crusher, Bomb Pop and Lemon Venom. SŌMA matches on aroma, flavour and effect rather than name alone.
